“The reason for my visit was that I am considering changing mobile phone and broadband providers. This was the third of three visits that I had planned. One was great and the other total rubbish. This is my current provider. After visiting two of their competitors I wanted to see what they could do for me being a loyal client. I was greeted by Jack. To be fair, he was really good and got to it. I explained what I was doing. I was incredibly impressed with the attention to giving me everything that he could to persuade me to stay. I’d always done my upgrade discussions on the phone and I actually prefer it this was, going into the store and speaking to a person face to face makes all the difference. I will admit that it is hard to say that the deal that was put together is hard to beat and on Friday it’s very likely that I will go to see Jack to preorder the new phone and smartwatch. Thank you for a new and great experience.”
