Since they have made over this Macdonald's it has completely gone downhill. It's lost all it's customer service & service in general for customers eating in & driving through. It seems to just be catering for just eat & online orders.
We waited for 45mins for quite a small order including milkshakes inside. We were number 75 & saw orders over 100 going out before ours. I witnessed 2 customer complaints & food sat on the side waiting to go out to drive through orders only for some of those orders when they eventually went out to come back in again. Then the milkshake machine ran out which I queried as I had ordered them on my order.... I did get my milkshakes but they had been sitting out for quite some time while we waited for our order...meaning they were basically cups of flavoured milk.
Absolutely awful & we will not be visiting that branch again

we ordered on the app and picked it up to take home, we had ordered a couple meals with fries, we got everything except the fries, they didnt put the fries in there, the lady that handed me my order said that it was all in the bag so i took it and left

Slow as hell. 20 minutes to give me some fries and a drink at pick up. Disgusting.
Gave them another chance on the 30th Dec. 18 minute wait, missed a burger. Rest of food cold buy the time we got it. Management needs to sort this poor show or the franchisee needs new management.

Always messing up my order. The staff don't seem to know what they are doing. The fries are always cold and so is the coffee.

Food is practically always cold and never presented well. You have to wait a long time for your order too with over half the time waiting in the bay or in the car park. We waited 20 minutes after placing our order before the food came out and even then it was wrong

Working 24/7, so that's a huge benefit, but can be a longer wait during night times.

The place was mad busy this evening when I arrived to order some food. However the staff worked really hard to keep up with the influx of orders and, given the onslaught, my order was delivered in reasonable time and accurate. Well done to the hard working team here!

If I could would give 0 stars I would. WORST EVER! Never get an order right, even a small order they give the wrong stuff or miss stuff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
