Staff go out there way to help you and very friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Colouring in for the kids my grandson designed a Christmas ball ball and was over the moon when one of the staff members put it on top of the Christmas tree.

Young staff are rude and are completely mannerless. When I paid he never said how much, no please no thank you, not a single word.
The cheeseburger looked like it had been run over or stamped on.

The other day I was walking along with my disabled mother who is in a wheelchair I had to go into the road as all your delivery drivers were parked on the pavement I found this very distressing I hope this problem can be resolved as lm thinking of going to my local council and MP before there is an accident thank you for your time

Always good service from this McDonald's. Only dropped a star as there were no fruit bags left and I had to have carrots even though I'd paid for a fruit bag.
Better service than the one at Southend Airport which is actually nearer for me.

It's Mc Donalds. Not really much to say! Small car park, can park in it if you avoid usual busy times. Drive through is good and there is a good amount of seating and tables inside.
Parking: As mentioned, small free car park with disabled parking and child & carer parking
Kid-friendliness: Free colouring pages and crayons to use and kids meals
Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door to entrance, but there are no low ordering machines
