Had a brilliant experience at M&S today thanks to Emma on the top floor. I had a gift receipt that had been in my wallet for a couple of months and had faded. Emma helped me to get the correct number from the barcode so that my money wasn?t lost. She was really understanding and helpful and made me realise how more stores need to be like M&S - service with a smile! Thanks again

The worker Doug went above and beyond looking for an item for us. He even went to find it from the stock room when he was already busy. Thank you Doug. The pistachio chocolate was delicious- I will be back for more

Cannot get through by telephone to ask the office if a bag of our shopping was accidentally left there yesterday 20th March. No one seems interested. Disgraceful.

Visited Southend store 8th January , had ordered online but needed to return, used the app reasonably straightforward. Once instore couldnt get a connection to generate barcode, however requested help and assistant was very helpful showed me an alternative way , which i doubt i would have worked out!. By the time i got home had notification of refund being processed which was great, to my amazement about an hour later i had been refunded, super quick im amazed so BIG thumbs up thank you .

I ordered a flower bouquet as a surprise gift for my friend's housewarming, but unfortunately, the flowers arrived damaged. Several blooms were broken and wilted, which was really disappointing since I wanted to make the occasion special. The bouquet didn?t match what was shown on the website, and the presentation was less than expected. I contacted customer service, but didn?t get any response. I was hoping for a much better experience, especially for such an important occasion. I would suggest improvements in packaging and quality control to ensure other customers don?t have the same issue.

This store has gone downhill so much in the past 6 months. You?re lucky if you get 1 check out open in food hall, and always problems on self check outs. Never any staff on shop floors if you want to ask anything. Comes across as a store with very poor management who want to keep costs down by having minimal staff.
