Do not be put off by the bad reviews. I spent around 2 hours in the branch today and have nothing but praise for the staff. I was helped this morning by Harry, a friendly, knowledgeable young man who made sure I understood each step of the process and then, had to go back to the branch late this afternoon, due to a change in circumstances. This time I was looked after by Tiffany who, despite it being late on a Friday afternoon, was friendly, had a load of patience and made a difficult and long winded situation seem a breeze. While I was there a gentleman came in and needed some cash but had lost his bank card, the 'counter closed' sign was out, but the Manager still helped him. Lovely branch with friendly staff.

Be weary of the branches closing hours as their cash service actually shuts at 4pm & the bank shuts at 5pm. I had this issue last month & it was annoying.

Make sure you allow for a delay in your schedule. Paying in machine out of order again. The bank appears to be fearful of cash and of providing any kind of meaningful service to it's customer base. Staff are pleasant and professional but are reduced to repeatedly telling you to download the banking app.

It's accessible with an automatic door, the slope is just the right size and the lady was kind and welcoming. I didn't need to wait in line, because the lady helped me straight away. The chairs looked comfortable, but I wasn't there for long enough to try them out.

01/09/22 Checked website for opening times stated clised at 1700 went to the Branch it was closed at 1600 .Small notice in window .Today repeat performace texcept closed st 1530. Customers are encouraged to use on-line banking .There is a website ...why isn't it updated ..who relies on paper in 2022notices in a window

The website states, that bank closes at 5 pm, however the counter closes at 4pm. The staff still insisted that internet information was correct. Again, massive disappointment at this branch, a couple months ago branch was closed on Saturday, but there was no updated information on the website.
