This is NO LONGER LLOYDS, the new owners are a vast improvement. The staff are always friendly and polite, prescriptions are available promptly and the pharmacist is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Staff are generally unhelpful and miserable. The tall older man, with dark grey hair moves and sounds like a sloth. He is also very rude.

Went to this Pharmacy today for a repeat pescription, but they are closed ALL day, due to no Pharmacist. I had to call the Doctor's who cancelled the pescription, and issued a new one to anpther Pharmacy.As previous reviews state, their opening hours are very hit and miss, and now they also close at 12.00 on a Saturday. It's disgusting.

Of the last 4 prescriptions I've needed this place has screwed up 3 of them. I've had to go multiple times to collect the same prescription because they can't find it on their system. I've been given incorrect medications. Even when everything is correct there's long waits.

Awfully slow service and random opening times. Closed early at random points turning the lights off when they saw me. Would not recommend for collecting prescriptions

A really bad experience going here. Surly staff, ridiculous opening hours - closed at 5pm and 1pm on a Saturday. What era are they in? Seems all about the staff and to hell with the customers. Half the time the prescriptions are late - blamed on the surgery - and even when they have the prescription , it's not made up. "Can you wait 20 mins"? Lloyd's should really do something about it.

Extremely poor service, no acknowledgement, no apology for long wait, even though 4 staff present. Then they didnt have basic meds, antibiotics, steroids and inhaler, in stock. Vast scope for improvement.
