“Catarina based in the Southend Branch really complimented my experience at Majestic Wines. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and was the perfect example for customer service. I felt very well looked after, she introduced me to wines that she thought I would enjoy (alongside some wine tasting) and I did actually very much enjoy the wines she picked out for me! The experience Catarina gave me was so well done that I returned to the store and purchased a wine she had recommended- the purchase was for my mother-in-law and even she enjoyed it too! So a big shout out to Catarina at the Southend store, she really took care of me, she was very knowledgeable on the background and process of the wines.”
