Awful place gone downhill , self checkout is a joke , has a member of staff just standing there , Even though there is people queuing up at the tills with not 1 member of staff on tills , then they open a till but not the one people are waiting at , all because the manager is having meetings at peak times , avoid the place twice in one day I was waiting ridiculously long times early in the day and in the evening, 2nd time I just left the stuff at the till and walked off , badly staffed and badly managed, they obviously don't know how to rota or use resources at the Woodgrange branch
