This has got to be the friendliest hair salon in southend.We are always greated with a warm welcome by all the team not just who ever is at the desk.They go above and beyond with there customer service...offering tea,coffee and also proving a loyalty cards for each customer.This extends to there small customers aswell (our children)"LOVELY TOUCH"Not only do I get mine and my sons hair cut here I also get my nails done and have also had my lip filler done twice by the lady at the back.I WOULDNT go anywhere else now and HIGHLEY recomed KINGS AND QUEENS....

Every time I get a haircut I go to this barber shop, it?s easily one of the best places in Southend. They take their time to really make sure the hairstyle is of really good quality, and it?s well worth the price. I highly recommend anyone to go here, I?ve never had a bad experience and I?ve been going for a few years. Oh and Abs (idk if I spelled your name right) if you?re reading this you?re a legend, 10/10 haircut it?s the best one I?ve honestly ever had ???

Been to this Salon for the first time for my hair cut today and I was very impressed! Yasin Mimar is exceptional. He carefully listened to what I wanted and recommended an appropriate style that would suit me best. He also advised on how to best care for my very dry hair. He is very professional and skilled. He will make sure you leave the Salon happy and fully satisfied with your hair cut. You only have to see him once! And I promise, you will want to get your hair styled by Yasin Mimar all the time! Thank you so much for the lovely haircut, Yasin! 6 stars for you.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I had an appointment today with Bardhe Gjoka. When I came I was informed by another staff member that hairdresser wouldn't be able to see me on time and I would have to wait 45 minutes. All that because her client who was booked for cut and blow dry changed her mind and wanted to dye hair. It's very unprofessional to treat booked clients like that. If she was booked for cut and blow dry that's what she should get. Money isn't everything but respect is. I won't come back to this hairdresser.Today I received comment from Kings&Queens saying that mentioned client was booked for colour. That's not what I was told by staff member. I was informed that client was booked for cut and dry only not colour.

Excellent business. Both my children get their hair cut here and have always been happy with the result and service. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I also get my nails done here and have always been happy with the service. I would just like to know how to book for my hair? I have always just walked in with kids and need to know if I have to book for female hair cuts?

I?ve been coming to the salon for a while now and couldn?t ask for a better experience! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, they offer a drink as soon as you sit down and make sure you?re happy from when you walk in until when you leave. Yasin does my balayage and I couldn?t be happier or recommend him enough - thank you??

Really very worst experience for me recently I went to the shop for my hair cut. I asked the lady to cut layer cut hair style. I don?t know she know the how to cut the layer cut. But she spoke to me very nice like a very good experience in hair cut, Very clearly I told her to cut layer cut up to my shoulder,but she cut my all hair full hair gone really very very bad and really so so upset.They charged for 22 pounds. I can?t see any single layer, it?s just looks like a how baby cut the hair their head. Full hair gone.
