Very hit and miss as regards food quality here, Methinks the good staff have all left and their replacements are all playing catch-up. Colonel Sanders is done turning in his grave and is now spinning into orbit.
Parking: Plenty of parking for cars & motorbikes, plus a drive through facility which seems to take precedence over the Shop !

I ordered the gravy double bucket and they forgot my chips. This has not been the first time it has happened. This has happened many times before where they forgot items in my order. I am very dissatisfied with this. Additionally, when I went back to get my chips there was this female staff and she went to the kitchen and started mocking me to her manager. then the manager told me not to be rude to his staff which I felt was very rude as his staff member was mocking me. This made me feel very disrespected. furthermore, another staff member told me not to swear but I did not say any type of swear word at all. this has falsely accused me and has now given me a bad image of this KFC branch. This really makes me feel unhappy and I do not like being mocked. This KFC has a bad service attitude towards customers.

The till system is rather odd now and is confusing to the older generations which I think is unfair. And half of the items aren't even listed I.e tea or coffee for example

Absolutely awful food. Probably the worst branch of KFC I have visited. Chicken was dry, skin was soft and soggy, chips undercooked. What a let down! Better chicken from the many KFC 'knockoffs' shouldn't be the case.
No point in the owner commenting will try harder... actually do it instead of commenting on something you will not change.

I am writing a formal complaint about a member of your staff, a lady in her 20s with a bun, we?ve experienced her several times and she has given us the most despicable rude tone, rude attitude and completely dismisses customers. She didn?t even listen to me when I ordered and got the whole order messed up, she refused to scan my points once even though we spent lots of money. She overcharged me once too and claimed I was the one who made the mistake. I have NEVER received such constant bad service from a company regarding this 1 lady. I will be taking this complaint further with the company as it has deterred me from ever coming back to my local KFC.

The wait for an order can be very long, sometimes you have to wait even 40 minutes or more.
One person make orders, and three stand watching and chatting and laughing.

I ordered a rice box when I opened it the chicken was not a full amount and was cooked to death.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! disgusting stale food and 2 Absolutely vile women on the end of the phone shouting over me not letting me speak as I was given the completely wrong order, I was given the 2 chilli wraps instead of mayo, while heavily pregnant and anything spicy making me feel sick they refused to take the incorrect order and replace it with the food I payed for, even though 7 months prior they did with my step mother in law I was in the room when she called!
