Totally incompetent staff. Rather than delivering our £60 plus order, they sent out just the drinks and a mini fillet burger. They wouldn't send us the correct order so now will have to go through the hassle of getting a refund via just eat. Has to be looked into as such a big claim. The restaurant had better back us as they admitted it on the phone that they sent the wrong order.

Fed up with KFC ?
Came back after a year away (mainly due to rising prices) to place a large order for a group of six, spending over £50/£60 quid and had another awful experience. The staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and honestly just unpleasant.
I wasn?t allowed to order at the counter and was forced to use the self-service machine. When I asked to double-check the order ? which I do because in the past they?ve overloaded the bucket with just legs ? I was immediately met with attitude. One staff member warned me that if I even opened the bucket to look inside, they wouldn?t swap anything.
When I explained I just wanted to make sure the large order was correct before leaving, a male staff member shrugged and said didn?t understand my situation and to top it off he said he?d never ever eat from KFC anyway...
The restaurant was completely empty at 5:30pm, and it?s not hard to see why. Whatever is going on with KFC UK, whether it?s the staff training, management or company culture, it?s driving customers away.
I think I?m done with KFC. It?s genuinely disappointing how bad the service has become, especially when compared to KFC in the US, where I?ve had much better experiences, yu can customise your order however you want and no one is rude to your face.

Decent store with an interesting drive thru. No a big deal but annoying on principle. Paid cash and they short changed me by a penny!

Had a lovely meal at this KFC. Very clean inside. I was served by a chap called Lewis R. He was polite and kept us informed on the progress of our meal. Great service

was walked in with the door held open. we ordered our food and it came right away. he also came and checked in on us and asked how the food was. an amazing service that was given to us by him.
