Totally incompetent staff. Rather than delivering our £60 plus order, they sent out just the drinks and a mini fillet burger. They wouldn't send us the correct order so now will have to go through the hassle of getting a refund via just eat. Has to be looked into as such a big claim. Fed up with KFC ? Came back after a year away (mainly due to rising prices) to place a large order for a group of six, spending over £50/£60 quid and had another awful experience. The staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and honestly just unpleasant.

Decent store with an interesting drive thru. No a big deal but annoying on principle. Paid cash and they short changed me by a penny!
