Ordered lamb tikka masala and tandoori and some roti lamb was not well cooked,and the curry was very sweet I mentioned in my order to make it spicy but not done curry was very disappointed and the tandoori chicken I don?t know how this much oil in a tandoori dish it was very disgusting never gonna order from this restaurant any more

My first time using Jonaki this evening, the food was out of this world (tikka masala, madras, onion bhajis, rice and naan) friendly and helpful staff over the phone. Even better when inside, the gentleman behind the counter was talking to the regular patrons and remembered something about all of them. Was a nice personal touch, can?t wait to use again

Ordered via Uber Eats, waited almost 2 hours for the food to arrive before advising Uber Eats it was never delivered. Apparently they tried to call me (they didn't) to say my food couldn't be delivered and that my order would be cancelled, so I was left waiting the whole time pointlessly. Terrible service. Can't comment on the food.

Positives:
- Friendly, conversational staff;
- Reasonable wait time - was in and out in under 20mins;
- Really tasty food;
- Excellent portion sizes;
- Courtesy shown towards community members needing help
Please work on:
- Quality checks - there was a tiny strip of metal in the gravy of one of my dishes which did *not* come from the tin foil container;
- Desserts - the ice-cream flavours come in tiny 200ml containers. They are foamy with little flavour and not frozen well (horrible texture under the lid). I expected a lot more for £4.50 each.

Im not one to complain and I get that it?s a Sunday people are probably sleeping but I ordered butter chicken which should be similar to chicken dhansak at least here in london, but Instead I got given Chicken Korma to be told it?s chicken Butter it?s a joke and waste of money If i wanted desert I would have ordered desert!!! Never again!!!!
