I?ve been in the decorating trade for over 30 years and used many different paint centres.I now only use this branch. Both Chris and Zoe are full of knowledge to help with all your decorating needs, and have never let me down. Always greeted with a smile they really are a great team. They also always try to give you the best deals on your products.I certainly wouldn?t use Dulux or crown anymore, they can?t get near to Johnstons on prices. Keep up the good work !

Been in to the Johnstone paint shop next to St Ann?s today.We received most excellent service from the ladyThat was running the shop. She couldn?t have been more helpful, the service was brilliant!!!!

My personal experience with this place is fantastic. Their paint it's such a good quality. They also do have a wide range of paint available in stock, which is great. Just pop in , get it and get on with job. They have so much more. From fillers and sanding papper to tools for the job. Helpful and friendly. 5?????

Unreliable. I knew they carried limited/no stock so I phoned in an order for two cans of paint last Saturday and arranged to pick them up today. Got there to be told they had been ?struck off the delivery?. Result = wasted journey and wasted time. I contacted SA supplies who had some in stock and salvaged my weekend?s plans. SA have never let me down. I only tried this outlet as it was nearer. My mistake.

Wanted some paint mixed up for fenceAsked for natural oak but came out grey !!! No sign of any kind of brown , beige or anything that resembles the brown family !Chap didn't say anything I had to point out it was grey!Asked him if he thought it was wrong he just said nit for me to say and i can't mix another one up !!Obviously something wrong with the machine or the computer programme for this colour ! Once in our car he came out and said he agreed with us didn't look right but not allowed to say as another customer in the shop?But were we not customers to?Fgs !! Whatever happened to sorry , that doesn't quite look right must be a problem with the machine and mark it out of order until it can be checked .We can all accept that things go wrong sometimes with computers and machinery !!What about all the other customers that may come in and have the same problem today ??
