Rubbish staff really rude and disrespectful people. Not helping at all . Not love or passion for what they doing . They better get a different job as they not bother at all with the costumer service . As regular costumer and regular buyer . I will now definitely try to avoid that shop at all cost . Definitely need a training course for respect and politeness.

Music is way too loud. There are plenty of staff in the store but most of them avoid interacting with customers so far as I can tell.
I was not told anything about the JD Status App in this store, despite the fact that I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes whilst they forensically examined my cash. I found out about the App two days later at a different branch and realised I should have been given some credit for my purchases.

AVOID WENT TO TILL WAS CHARGED 2.5 times the PRICE when I challenged them at the till they quickly took them off shelf and offered 10% discount to make trainers non refundable The ironic thing was a member of the team watch me pick the trainers up and then he put the trainer back in the same location firstly if its was incorrect why did the staff member not put them in correct location also it is false advertisement the manager told me it must have been kid that put them on that shelf wtf staff didn't seem very helpful dere to believe if someone partial sighted experience this

I had spend a lot of money a few months back and I had £38.80 on my loyalty app to spend at a later date, I went in to store this week to find out the £38.80 has now gone to 0.00 apparently it has expired.. I was unaware of this and I am not happy, I was informed to call customer service which the person I spoke to said.. ? unfortunately we can not do anything at this time ? which I feel is appalling, we can spend lots of money but do not get anything in return, they could of done something to their discretion but they chose not to.. so from now on I will not be spending £3/4 hundred in the stores. It?s like anywhere nowadays they want your money and that?s it. Shame because I did buy from JD on plenty of occasions. Moving on!

Awful service!Day before yesterday went to exchange a sock that was bought from another store.The curly hair boy was so unhelpful. He takes my time and after waiting few minutes he said they can?t exchange socks though it was looks exactly with same pattern he was rude and did not want to help at all. From receipt I clearly know that they exchange everything except Underwear.What a staff is working there if even don't know what is the customer rights.
