Very big selection of all different products . At great prices. But when ever I shop there it's very frustrating as huge queues and not enough till operations . Also sometimes the store can be quite grubby

Very disappointed with today experience in Southend Home Bargain when till operater ( cashier ) Paula she was rude and very uncaring at the speed threw my purchases through the till and when I arrived at my car to put the shopping away I find my 4 Milka whole hazelnut chocolate all of them broken .
Also my 2 packets of cookies where damaged .
I was shocked the way she threw my shopping with out even looking what she's scanning and what type of item is .
Also no manners in greating the customer with a simple ,,hello ,, .
She didn't even look at people faces she's starting scanning and basically throwing fragile items with such a speed and force .
I find today experience utterly disgusting and my 2 packets of chocolate cookies and 4 Milka bars chocolate of 375 grams each ruined and completely compromised .
I won't use that shop again just because some members if staff they treating as and our money like animals not like human being .

Excellent store at Airport Retail Park, ranges and choices are fairly priced and extensive. As it's a popular estate parking can be tricky at times.

Short dated stuff - knock down items get put through via the till full priced ! If you dont check your receipt they will have charged you the original price - takes a bit of time to sort it all out while you have unhappy faces looking at you daggers when the check out cashiers know what they are doing !
