Couple of disappointing experiences in my last two visits.
A couple of weeks ago, was looking for a specific movie which showed as being in stock at the store. Made the trip there straight away, and they didn't have it, even though their own in-store system showed it should be there. They didn't offer to order it in, so I ended up getting it from Ebay instead.
Today, I went in to buy the new 4K version of A Fistful of Dollars. I was told they don't have it in stock and haven't got any copies on order. This is slightly baffling as they actually have promotional material in store advertising it! This time, they did offer to order it in but, with an estimated wait time of up to 5 days, I left and ordered it online from a different retailer who will deliver it in 3 days instead.
They're usually pretty good in this store, so it's a shame both of my recent visits have been a waste of time.

Always nice to look around, plenty of variety from DVDs to Vinyl and then things like board games and figures. Plenty of posters too.

Horrific overpricing. Does anyone actually pay £49.99 for a vinyl lp, that is easily available at £19.99?
I would never buy anything here as I?m not that stupid.
I?m not looking for a bargain, just sensible, honest pricing. You?re hardly being ?pipped to the post ? with your prices.

It was amazing!I saw many different styles of music everywhere as they also sell food,plushies and books and the most important cds and vinyls!They also sell electronics for example record player!

In future when I visit this place ie HMV I'd appreciate not been lumbered with a member of your staff who was either totally misinformed or was completely talking out of the back of her head.Don't have a member of staff tell me that the lightsaber inquiry yesterday was nothing to do with HMV and that the lightsaber in question was only exclusive to Disney Plus as and when the damn lightsaber was on HMV's website.Second of all if something is on your website and a customer comes into inquire about said item and also intends to pay good money for the item in question just to be told the item isn't anything to do with HMV then don't have the misleading no show of a misinformed item on your website then.As that is nothing less then the motherload of false advertising.
