They took their time to try and help me in very difficult circumstances as l had relatives out in Asia and my mother was ill.Very friendly, helpful and efficient team and always a smile when l visit.

Good service from Staff but Hotels at destination is not a true reflection on arrival. Facilities on arrival is not what staff presented.

Highly recommend Hays Travel Southend Branch, my go to when booking holidays. We always receive high quality customer service and the team always manage to find me great prices for holiday packages which I request. Efficient & easy booking process, in particular Rosie has been a great help!

Visited the lovely Eric today to book our next adventure - he always goes above and beyond to find the perfect holiday for us and nothing is too much trouble for him. All the staff there are always very friendly and welcoming.

I had to cancel a holiday due to a member of our party becoming ill.we lost our deposit of £1000, which is fair enough, a payment in addition of £500 was paid, which is due back as a refund.I was told ten day's till it was paid back to the same card it was paid on.Three weeks later I'm still having to chase this up with numerous phone call to the Southend on Sea branch, with a wide range of excuses why the money hasn't gone back to my account.I'm either going to get the travel ombudsman involved or a county court, I'm not prepared to waste anymore of my time on this.I can safely say we will never be using Hays ever again.

Recently returned from the F1 Silverstone weekend.Whilst the weekend was great there were a couple of hiccups along the way.When booking we were told we would be in a Hilton but once paid we discovered we were at a Brittania hotel Branch in Coventry which is a fair bit away from Silverstone. We accepted that but wasn't impressed with the hotels bad reviews.Once we arrived the hotel was actually quite good with nice staff, good food and clean surfaces despite the hotel looking a bit dated.The coaches were provided through a different company and we did not know what time anything was until 2 days before where we found out the bus would be collecting us at 08:45 AM and leaving after the last racing event of each day.In that sense we were a bit gutted we couldn't stick about for longer for the Podium on the Sunday and also the various concerts and events taking place at the track into the night.The 08:45 pick up time meant that with general admission ticket sby the time you got to the track the "best" spaces were already taken.As mentioned it was a really good weekend but would have preferred to know a rough plan of action before booking especially with the location of the hotel.Hayes were easily contactable if needed.

booked to see pretty woman the musical at Savoy theatre London including 1 night hotel stay at 3* at giles hotel.
well less than expected for £358.
although pretty woman was a great show the hotel was not to standard and firmly do not believe I received a good value for money given I chose to use an operator to place my combined booking.
I wont do this again as can achieve a higher standard of hotel and purchase tickets as separate transactions and receive exactly what you pay for by doing it yourself. and what's more you will certainly pay less
