lady at the counter was so rude , refused to serve me when she got the same attitude back . manager told me several complaints already been raised against this lady , short red hair , attitude stinks , shouldnt be public facing with an attitude like that, switching banks .

Donâ??t really deserve the one star but the old lady at the counter was the rudest person i have come across. Her facial expression just says that she couldnâ??t be arsed. The least she could do was smile. I told her i forgot my pin, checked my phone so i could make sure and she was sitting there pulling faces. If thatâ??s the case then she shouldnâ??t be working there.

THIS BRANCH EMPLOYS CASHIERS THAT HAVE NO IDEA OF COURTESY AND ENGAGE IN INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS AND BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. OFTEN LAZY AND TARDY WITH AN ARROGANT ATTITUDE. THE MANAGER MRS BURGESS IS COMPLACENTLY SELF IMPORTANT WITH POOR DICTION AND COMPOUNDS THE ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR OF A CERTAIN CASHIER WHO IS SLY DEVIOUS AND SURLY AS WELL AS DECIDEDLY UNHELPFUL. SHE DISLIKES DISABLED AND ELDERLY CUSTOMERS WHO SHE TREATS AS INFERIOR. MRS BURGESS SHOULD RESIGN AND SACK IF SHE DOES NOT. HER REMOVAL FROM THE BANK IS FOR GOOD AND URGENT REASONS.

My bank, I wish they were open later ! But yea, the wait time is about 5-10 minutes to be seen... which is relatively quick compared to all the other banks on high street ! ??
