I thought UK banking couldn't get any worse but no thats not true as my not so fabulous bank Halifax no longer offer currency exchange in my local branch even though I bought the foreign currency online from my them and now they won't take it back. God awful financial service. I'll be moving banks asap!

The lady with short hair behind the counter was so friendly every time when I visited. To be honest the cash machine is slow and the waiting time on the queue is longer here compared to other banks. But I am still happy to come because of her great service.

The slowest bank ive ever set foot in. I barely use my halifax and today has reminded me to close all accounts with them. 4 women walking around the floor and one behind the till who chats and chats and chats like there aint 8 ppl waiting in line. 26 minutes to deposit £100 without a card. Absolutely useless branch, asked for someone to jump on a till to be told no, it takes 15 minutes to log in. Close the branch, completely unnecessary.

lady at the counter was so rude , refused to serve me when she got the same attitude back . manager told me several complaints already been raised against this lady , short red hair , attitude stinks , shouldnt be public facing with an attitude like that, switching banks .

Donâ??t really deserve the one star but the old lady at the counter was the rudest person i have come across. Her facial expression just says that she couldnâ??t be arsed. The least she could do was smile. I told her i forgot my pin, checked my phone so i could make sure and she was sitting there pulling faces. If thatâ??s the case then she shouldnâ??t be working there.

The facial expressions of the people on the customer service is they would rather kill them selves then talk to you.
