I cannot review the bike on website so I'm having to do it here. Purchased Apollo Guru a month or so ago. After the fist day the pedal grips peeled off. Two weeks later the bearings went in pedal crank and it had to be repaired. 2 days after that I got a puncture. Rubbish bike, avoid. I picked it because I liked the design, not because it was cheap, but I wish I got a more robust one now. I tried to return it but Halfords customer support said it was just over the 28 days. I mean no offence to store workers, who are decent. I am just hating on the bike

We came in and saw Harriet to sort my brake light out she was absolutely excellent she sorted the problem out. I have a mini clubman which is not easy to do. But she sorted it out. First class service. She checked everything tyres .Great job. Would highly recommend her. She definitely knows what she is doing. X

Probably the worst halfords ive ever been into .. never any stock of anything ive ever been in for , wether its bicycle lights or locks , car phone holders , lube for bike chains etc ..never any staff to help , ive walked out after 15 to 20 mins waiting around finding someone to help so many times ..ive never written a bad review about any place ive been to until now ..southend halfords sort it out!!! ?
