Disgusting! Very rude staff. They cheat you when paying and don't even apologize for it. Especially the lady on the right is rude and unpleasant.

I do like the food at Greggs - if you can get it! The staff at this one don't seem to be able to fathom out stock replenishment. Surely at 1pm you know you're running low on sausage rolls, steak and chicken bakes and can ensure people don't have to wait 15mins for food! All they had was 1 veggie bake, 1 cueese onion and 2x vegan sausage rolls. Oh and a Katsu curry bake that was cold and soggy! Let down on a Saturday lunchtime. More staff training needed or a decent manager running the place

Management very petty they wii not give me sauce when i buy a pizza despite Greggs in other areas giving me sauce with pizza.

Cant believe you missed out THREE of the mighty King Ian Moore's pizzas from his delivery. Shameful service and a disgrace to the Greggs name. This is why the south is a dump and Greggs should have stayed up north. All hail the king

Greggs can usually do no wrong in my eyes, helpful staff and food usually at a great price point but, come on now Greggs, lately sweet cakes have been on the repeated rise. £3.50 for a few cookies is excessive. Keep the prices real and the punters will repay that faith.

I was spoken to absolute awful by the staff and the manager. Myself and my friends where asked to leave the building while waiting for my other friend to collect her order we was told to 'get out it wont kill you' the staff taking rudely us off behind the counter. They also accused us of calling the staff a rude name when we said no such thing. I am shocked at the disgusting customer service I received and would never recommend that you visit this location.

My partner and I have often visited this branch and it?s lovely, there is a really special lady there called Isla who was so nice to us, just a gem of a person and made the best coffee ever, hands down. I hope her manager sees this and gives her a raise haha x

Went to this store and was disgusted my granddaughter has a milk allergy I asked them if the doughnuts contained milk and was told they couldn?t tell me as there ipad was not working well surly the shop shouldn?t be open if the staff have no clue about allergens

Went into Southend today and decided at 1pm ie prime lunchtime period, to have a bite to eat. The chicken bake was cold insipid had about 1 slightly recognisable bit of chicken inside and was simply disgusting. My partners cheese and onion bake was equally as disgusting cold solid inside tasteless and just extremely poor quality. We decided to sit down and eat them. The floor was covered in crumbs papers and rubbish. The tables were totally unacceptable their open door policy meant there was a pigeon inside and it was also cold inside as heat (at the moment very expensive) escaped into the high street. Overall an extremely poor experience we won?t be in a hurry to go again. It wasn?t busy inside lots of the sandwiches and other counters were very under stocked the rubbish bin (so small I struggled to find it) was full. I was about to go and complain but with 5 in the queue I didn?t bother. Don?t go if you value your health.

I walked into greggs to see crumbs looking at me I felt absolutely disgusting and I could not look at them. I was so looking forward to my hot and lush sausage roll but no NO. I turned around to sit at a table but all I could see was manky and grim seating areas. I took one bite of my sausage and found a grey hair it was not mine because I?m not grey but lots of old men are also old lady?s are. So I did not eat it. I felt sick rise in my throat it did not come out because I had to swallow it back again but I accidentally was sick but the workers did not clean it. Never ever come here they do not care about anyone but themsleves and money. ????????????????????????????????????????
