I used the click and collect service which was super quick and they better stock than other companies. Had a slight issue with my order but it was exchanged with no issues. Very impressed with the service!

May not alawys be the cheapest for some parts but most are fair , the service is better than others when something is faulty replacement no problem , Charlotte knows her car parts and the stock , first class person to deal with public and the car trade not most polite to staff , like the guard cats that sit outside

Asked staff at the Southend-on-sea branch for a product recommendation to clean adhesive from interior bodywork. Staff recommended Triple QX Brake and Clutch Cleaner, which I purchased. After checking with a friend, I was told it might damage the paintwork. When I tried to return the unused item, I was told even though it was unused, they did not refund 'consumables'. Needless to say I feel cheated. Avoid this outfit like the plague.

I have been using this place a few times but wanted to share my experience the last couple of times...There are some people who give a good service then there are others that go above and beyond and go the extra mile...Jack I can't thank you enough for your kind and most helpful attitude in going the extra mile for me in finding what I was looking for...You are a credit to your company and I hope that the hierarchy within your company see this review..The steering wheel cover fits perfectly ? Firstly and most importantly i want to say a massive thankyou to Charlotte who is brilliant at her job, she always goes above and beyond for helping me look for what I need for my vehicle's! And has such good customer service skills, thank you ! May the Southend Euro car parts branch remain where it is for many years with fantastic incredible staff whats also incredible was to find that Charlotte and her Manager Richard, love animals just as i do.
We was all having a great converstaion about animals in general including cats and badgers all God's creatures just as us humans ?
Anyone that dedicates their time and money to help give these animals a better life and somewhat better existence must truly have a beautiful soul, let's face it the UK has always been a animal loving country compared with other parts of the world, its important we try to maintain this position for the Sake of the worlds most innocent fur babies.
Charlotte and Richard support local wildlife in their own time out of their own pocket to buy food towards helping keep these fur babies going
Well done guys lets hope other companies and establishments take a leaf out of your books otherwise it will be a paw excuse if they don't ?????

They need to sort there website out computer problems I was told when I got to the store ment £30 I was expecting to pay had gone up to over £40 don't give discounts if you won't honour them will give my money to local independent shops from now on.
