One member of staff who was dealing with me, wasn't interested in helping. Made no effort to discuss anything, gave me ridiculous prices, conflicting information and not interested in any retention of loyalty whatsoever. Was basicallly told ok, go then. After 18 years of loyalty, EE, you've messed up.

Visited the EE shop in Southend today as my Mum had an issue with the data on her phone. We were helped by Ellie P who was really kind, thorough and helpful to us. She worked diligently to help my Mum secure a cost effective package that suited her requirements and displayed excellent customer service, writing everything down so Mum could make an informed choice. A credit to the store. Thank you so much Ellie!

Visited the Southend branch with my nan, to upgrade her phone, we was served by Jack, who couldn?t have been any more helpful and did his best to explain it all so she could understand. Was super friendly and went above and beyond.

Myself and my partner went to EE Southend looking for new phones and save some £'s.
What an amazing experience. Firstly greated by Store Manager who listened and then asked Joshua to assist us. Outstanding Customer service and care by Joshua. Needless to say we have new phones, Internet and Tv. More importantly saved those pounds. I also watched how the rest of the staff interacted with Customers. Truly first Customer service. There mission was to help and save Customers money..

In southend ee branch I was helped to purchase a Galaxy watch by Jack who was professional, patient & helpful, I can't fault his customer service I would recommend him to anyone I received very good advice & assistance thank you Jack.
