Pizza ordered, noticed on the App it was 'quality check' for 15 minutes, rang as concerned it would be delivered cold. Assured it wouldn't and sent a free bottle of fanta. Food arrived - stone cold. Would rather dispense with the free drink and have hot food. Dominos is not a cheap takeaway nowadays but I would expect my food delivered hot not cold. Disappointing.

Very hit and miss. Food arrived cold and driver went around Shoebury before delivering. No wonder it arrived cold. Raised a compliant and had no apology and they closed the matter not answering any of my questions

I live 2 minutes away, every time I order they take my pizza around southend and deliver to me last. My food is always cold! useless takeaway and useless drivers/managers! Do Not Waste Your

Really fast delivery, like, ultra fast. Prices are not great and lacking gluten free bases, but that is down to Dominoes in general and not this branch. Toppings hit or miss (sometimes you get loads, sometimes you get hardly any)

Pizza arrived barely lukewarm and the "half and halfs" were more like 1/3 & 2/3, not particularly well proportioned and not a lot of quality control, unfortunately.We have had really good service and piping hot pizza from this store over the years so maybe it was a one-off. Hope so.

Always out of stock of something, call after you pay and only offer to replace with duplicate items. Absolute no customer service and plain rude staff! Dominos should be ashamed.
