He very quickly arranged an exchange at the Southend store. I've bought a lot of art supplies from The Works over the last few months & they have been great: good value & very good quality, plus the service has been brilliant. Excellent all round! “On many visits this would be my review -Nice selection of goods. Great prices. Always plenty of staff around if you ever need to ask for assistance.Good amount of tills open for customers. Lots of stock on shelves, great range of products, big brand products seem quite pricey though.”

“So, went in there today with my 3 kids. The middle one has some learning difficulties and doesn't understand social boundaries. She was playing up in the store and this lady working the tills decided to let her up on the counter and help scan some of our items and push a couple buttons on the till. Needless to say my daughter loved it, it helped me out immensely and put a smile on her face for the rest of the day. I feel this worker needs some sort of recognition. There aren't many good things happening right now in our lives, so small things like this really gives me hope. Thank you!!!!”
