Store manager does not understand what substitution means on delivery platforms.
After calling the store once my milk had been refunded and not substituted like requested, because you know your gal really wanted a good cuppa put her feet up I don?t mind what Colour milk turns up as long as I get milk, Milk is milk it, all comes from a cow I do not care. What I do you care about is not receiving anything When it is the easiest thing to substitute.
Come to the realisation that the store did have milk, they had plenty of milk As I assumed, They just couldn?t scan the barcode for the blue one so instead of going and getting a green one or entering it manually. They?ve decided to not bother The store manager even told the person packing the order To not bother and refund it when they asked what should they do. This isn?t the first time that this store has been lazy on deliveries, and I mean it?s more fool me to continue ordering with them. I?ll be taking my custom else as I am continuously disappointed this store.
