I have trial membership with them, when I went to their sales-pitch, i was told that you can go online and book any of the resort etc. but unfortunately they don't have any booking system, if i want to book anything i have to plan way in advance plus i have to call them, which is a pain. seem like i have wasted a lot of money buying the membershipI share these same feelings.I called them this pm, around 1:30pm, was first in queue. Got a prompt saying they would call back if we leave our number, saying my queue number would not change but I still have not received any calls. Tried cancelling membership and requesting refund. They not obliging!
