Two reasons to applaud the new storeFirstlyWhat a great selection of shoes. So many comfortable and stylish shoes to choose from. I bought two pairs but I could have bought more.SecondlyThe Saturday employees were a fantastic team. The curly hair guy served me. Unfortunately I had to dash mid shop to collect my daughter. He held the shoes I was looking at and remembered my face when I walked back in.The whole team were all smiles. Lots of nice eye contact and you could see they were looking out for each other too. When the staff are obviously happy it makes the whole atmosphere in the store feel positive.Well done for getting it so right.

Best service of any shop for years. Not only helped us two elderly folk with the shoes we looked at, but brought out boxes and boxes of similar, and knew their stock inside out. We had just been in M&S, no assistants, no range of sizes, and nowhere to sit properly to try on shoes. We walked out spending nothing. In Clarks we spent over £200. Well done the staff in the Southend store.
