Came today to get my daughter?s ears pierced. She was very very nervous and the lovely lady doing them was so kind and reassuring to her and took it very slowly. Made it a really positive experience

I had bought the wrong sized body jewellery so, I went back to the store to get an exchange or refund. I smiled and said hello to the member of staff who was staring at her phone and didn't bother to look up. I said that I was looking to exchange/refund the product, before I could finish speaking she cut over me and told me that they don't do refunds for body jewellery (I wasn't told this when buying the item) then told me that it was the policy. I understand following policy but her attitude around it was horrible and went straight back to her phone. Made such an uncomfortable experience and I wouldn't recommend going in here to anyone xoxo

Bought a septum ring from clairs , i was told everything would be perfect. Don?t get me wrong it?s cute and hasn?t gone green. But i cannot remove it out of my nose & the other end is sharp and it?s cutting me!! Im going to have to pay to get it out!! Not good for the damage in my nose & not being able to take it out !! Very disappointed for how much it was £13 +

Done click and collect my only free day before Christmas to buy. Advised 2 to 4 hours online. No notification so called shop who advised the order was cancelled as one item out of stock (nobody had made me aware of this prior) now had to pay all over again and choose something else in store and wait for up to a week for a refund right on top of Christmas. Awful service

I popped into Claires Southend to see if I could have my ears pierced and met the charming Opia. She was great. Friendly, chatty, professional then gave great tips and advice on other offers so I bought some extra items for my other piercings. At 57 I felt self conscious going into Claires but shouldn't have as Opia was brilliant.

Very disappointing. I had scheduled for my daughter's ear piercing today (friday) at 9 am. When I made the booking I was told that it'd be 2 people doing it simultaneously as she's little. When we go there the associate had very little knowledge about what's available in the store, what products are on discount and she didn't even tell beforehand that there's not enough staff to do it. We wasted almost an hour hoping that it'd happen and it never did. The collections for baby ear piercing is very very limited and she had to look up I the storage to check. We chose twice and twice we were told that it's not available after searching for 15 minutes. I took leave from work for this and they had to reschedule it for next day. It felt like a willing ignorance towards us.

Today I had my 8 month old baby?s ears pierced. The piercer was so professional and kind. Explained everything very well and without fuss my baby?s ears were pierced. They had a good selection of earrings and aftercare advise was given both verbally and in paper for me to refer to later. I regret not asking the piercers name as she really did an amazing job. Thank you ?

I visited with a friend of mine who went there to get her ears pierced. The lady who looked after her was very attentive and polite, explained everything very carefully and patiently. The store itself was very clean and tidy.

I called just before closing, running down the high street to find a gift for my daughter. The manager was so kind, hung about for me and was really helpful. Completely appreciate that she went that but extra for me. I didn't get her name but she absolutely saved the day

My grandchildren love it here all the little knick knacks but I think it is very expensive .Its buy 3 and get 3 free would rather they reduced the prices
