Heard of CPM back in 2014, I used them mainly at that time for works vehicles and their work ethic complete with turn around times was out standing. Used them ever since for my own cars and recommend to anyone that will listen.Leanda, Claire and Owen as well as the rest of the team on the shop floor are some of the hardest working people I know.Excellent service, experienced team, i would highly recommend.Best garage I?ve used & will continue to useThanksSean

My car was taken to this garage following a breakdown. After having my vehicle for a week & 3 phone calls for updates later I got it back and paid a bill of £1200. I then had an engine fault light appeare 4 weeks after having the car back. I only do local journey's and the car was parked up more than on the road as my husband has a 2nd vehicle. I had the AA look at it and they suggested to take it back to the garage for them to check the work they did as it looked like the car may have an associated electrical fault. I specifically asked the garage to give me a day I could bring the car and have it looked it without being without the car like I had been previously. I was given Thursday. On the Friday I hadn't heard back from the garage at which point I called. I was told the car hadn't been looked at and they couldn't say when it would be but i was quite welcomed to come and take the car back if I couldn't wait. I decided to leaven it until the Monday. When I called on Monday they still hadn't looked at. By Wednesday 7th day after dropping it to the garage I decided they'd had it long enough and I called to say i was coming to collect it. The garage hasn't said why they had my car for a week without doing anything and nobody bothered to say anything other than hand me my keys when I went to pick it up. This will be the last time I use these people and will be telling anyone who mentions this garage to avoid them. Customer service is very sadly missing. I've never in my 40 years of owning a car had it at a garage for so long with no explanation or attempts to repair it... This garage is a joke.

Why did I not listen to alarm bells about this company, car needed 1 glow plug and a particulate matter sensor in the exhaust. I asked them to stay in contact and let me know about anything. I got the car back today £857!! Yet they did the work knowing that a chain belt was rattling. I phoned earlier today to ask what was happening. The reply was "It's on the ramp, you'll know something when I know, goodbye".Poor communication, "oh this doesn't normally happen".

Bought a used vehicle (from another dealer) that had the lower control arms replaced at this garage earlier this year (I have the paperwork). None of the bolts on the lower control arms were tightened. One was missing and the rest could be undone with your fingers.The front end was knocking and getting worse. Mileage shows that the previous owner traded in the vehicle not long after this work was carried out by castle point motors.I had it repaired correctly and was told I'm lucky I had it checked before it caused an accident.

My VW Beetle went into Castle Point Motors in the summer. They had it for 7 weeks,during which time all that needed to be fixed was,but communication was appalling as to when I?d get it back! Also the convertible roof which worked before I took it in, then proceeded to not work! I took it back in, have just picked it up and it still doesn?t! Again, absolutely atrocious communication. Will not be going back.

Terrible service from start to end.Took my Evoque to them as car squeaked when turning corner and also had suspension issues.£1121.31 later, 4 seperate visits to the garage where they kept my car for just under 2 months combined they finally managed to stop the squeaking. They did decide charge me £386 for new battery just incase it helped _ it didnt .Finally gave up and car suspension problems were worse than ever.Took to a garage in Leigh and was fixed in 2 days for £500.Did e mail CPM twice asking for a refund/partial refund and they didnt even have the manners to reply..On the plus side , I have a new battery !Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had broken down in a council car park preventing anyone from leaving. It was nearly 5pm, I called Castle Point Motors and within 15 minutes Owen and his team arrived. They did their best to resolve the issue to try and at least move my car out of the way, but to no avail. A lorry was needed to remove my car, which Owen organised and it arrived within 15 minutes.I can?t thank Owen and his team enough for helping me in a very stressful situation.Would highly recommend.Thanks again, PaulServices: Electrical repair
