After having my phone stolen abroad I went in store to purchase a new one. I explained to a member of staff that it was essential that I have a phone for my work so would be happy to pay whatever it takes to cancel my existing contract if it meant walking out with a new phone that day. He lead me to another staff member who I was told would be able to help me. As we approached she immediately responded to our presence with a 'no' as she was busy doing something else. When I had finally found myself the phone I wanted to purchase I spoke with a staff member who explained the previous woman I spoke to is the only one who would be able to assist me. They then went in search for her out the back. We waited around for some time along side another customer that was in need of her help. The member of staff finally returned and walked straight past us without a word. We naturally assumed that no one was available to help us so left. As a result we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Always good deals and helpful staff. Purchased a holder for my phone which didn't last long, other than that was happy with the phone I purchased.

Went in today to look at getting a new phone... Most of the phones are dummy models/not switched on and there were two people serving one person and many other staff walking around aimlessly. Ended up leaving as people just kept walking past me without offering help!

Rubbish the reason why the high street is doomed, couldn't buy the item online as it was saying out of stock online but available to collect in store. No stock in-store either or any offer to buy and get delivered so bought it from Argos instead.

Probably best to shop online, popped in today to pick up my phone, 20 mins later left empty handed as the only person working was still serving the same customer.Tried the webchat and calling customer services and didn't get through to anyone either - know there's a lot of self isolation going on but there was plenty of people in Curry's uniform that were milling about with not much seemingly to do.

Arrived at store 5.35 pm. Waited to be seen for at least 20 mins. Eventually got seen but the assistant was showing little interest as they were closing at 6.0pm and other assistants were closing the shutters. Never got to ask what I really wanted to know. Other people were. Turned away a good 10 mins before closing. Lost sales around.
