AVOID THIS PLACE!!! We went to this branch of card factory for the first time whilst we were in Southend. I was with my wife and 3 children age 5,6,7 may i add that my children were very well behaved and not making any noise and just picking some gifts for themselves after 2 minutes in the shop A very rude assistant (SUE) approached us and asked us to hurry up and buy what we want, i asked if they were closing on which she aggressively replied "NO BUT I HAVE WORK TO DO!" My children were scared and shaken by her aggressive behavior, we reassured our children that they could chose there gifts without a time limit, at which point the assistant (SUE) stormed out of the shop cursing under her breath. I asked the other staff in the shop what the problem was, they told me that she

I find the card factory in the royals shopping centre far to small and there is always a mum with small child in a buggy blocking the aisle or an elderly person with a walking aid
