My favourite coffee shop. The staff are always smiling and kind and make you feel welcome. The building could do with a paint and a clean on the ceiling and higher walls, but it is a beautiful building it is so nice ? the coffee is the best, there are 2 other well known coffee shop chains in the high street and their coffee is disgusting.

This cafe is in Southend whenever I go there It's always busy but the options are amazing and the place is cosy I like this Nero cafe

Cafe Nero is one of the best places for coffee lovers (way better than Costa). I like the subdued lighting and general decor, it makes for a relaxing comfortable environment, and the coffee is good too.
I actually get a free Cafe Nero coffee every week courtesy of Octopus Energy's "OctoPlus" scheme ??

A nice branch, good to escape from the high street. It's comfortable enough, can be a bit busy so can take a little while to be served, but not too bad. Friendly staff. It's my go-to place when I'm visiting as it's so near the station

Go into Nero every Sunday morning. Unfortunately, today a member of staff who served me was very ignorant couldnt be bothered to say please or thank you, everything just seemed to much trouble. Dont think she should be working in hospitality.
