Nicki is especially friendly but they are all very nice, excellent customer service.

Staff are realty nice,have a small choic of food on sale milk bread cake ect sell coffee, and small choice of hot food, handy if run out of something, open i believe until late.

Been using this place for many years. Overall most of the staff are friendly and helpful . however i do find it frustrating when I'm waiting to pay in a long queue and the one person on the till has to leave the till to make coffee while the other 2 staff members are stocking a shelf.

Visited this BP location specially as it has BP Ultimate Diesel. I was waiting for staff to activate the pump and got abrupt tannoy announcement to shut the car door. My wife was trying to find her handbag/purse to the pay for the fuel. I asked what the problem was having the rear car door open opposite the fuel filler on the car, but nothing was forthcoming from the ?customer service? person in the shop. By the time I had finished filling up and my wife had paid there was a long queue to get into the shop (traffic light system in doorway) as I wanted an explanation as to what the problem was. Well, spent £97.00 on fuel and this will be the last time as I?ll use the Shell fuel station on the A127 opposite The Bell (less than a mile away)27/05/2021 - following response from BP owner: think you missed my point. Price of fuel is not my complaint, I am pointing out the missed revenue going forward due to your staff?s conduct. I still do not know why she had an issue with a car door being open, far too officious in my opinion.

This BP is just like the other ones. Been in one , you been in all of them. This it's not a bad thing though. It means that you know exactly what to expect and you know what you are getting. Fuel , maybe a bit of a quick shopping and great coffee and some very tempting doughnuts ?????
