Very unhelpful at Southend. I enquired about purchasing replacement varifocal lenses. The worker asked the manager and I was told “No” without any explanation. The worker I saw was not even logged on when I arrived at the store.
They want to get customers to spend as much as possible. Do not waste your money there.

Friendly staff very thorough eye test and explanation of buying new glasses process although not a great of choice outside designer frames and quite expensive.

Been a contact lense subscriber here since before it was boots, this year they halved my number of monthly lenses but kept the monthly payments the same, doubling the price of my lenses and leaving me short on pairs. Wasn't informed of this change and they are refusing to send more lenses or return my money. Very underhand...
