Collecting a hospital prescription, the system worked very well and the staff were lovely. Easy access with button opening door for me a wheelchair user. Parking in adjacent car although it can get busy, all good this time.

I bought milk for my baby from here. I bought a different one by mistake. When I went to exchange it, they said we can't exchange it and throw it away. Can you explain to me how people throw their money away? We never opened it. We just went to exchange it. The customer service is very bad and they are not helpful at all. Don't buy anything wrong from here because all they say is throw it away. We will definitely not use this place again. Stay away from here if you don't want to waste your money.

Supplied the wrong type of medication, went back to get it correct tried to lie to me about the type of medication I need not being available when I have had them at the hospital not 24 hours before. Then refused to refund even though medication had not been touched. Tried to talk over me. Disgusted with the service and the attitude of staff. Avoid if at all possible

I went in the chemist & waited by the counter. I was ignored by staff, then a man came & went to the prescription counter & was served before me. I asked if anyone was serving on the other counter & reluctantly someone did come out. She pointed to what I was searching for & then swiftly disappeared again round the back to carry on her conversation with another member of staff. I asked the lady that did the prescription if they had self serve tills & she said no. So I asked why did the other lady rudely walk away?
Disgusting way to treat a paying customer. I will not return to this boots store

Useless such rude staff not sure how they got the job. Never have basic meds in stock and wait times are unnecessarily excessive. Also not breastfeeding friendly. Shocking.

Today, I visited boots and approached Sue R at the counter for payment. However, she redirected me to another till without allowing me to speak. After a prolonged wait at the pharmacy side, Sue R instructed me to pay there, despite our earlier inconvenience. I expressed my dissatisfaction, noting the need for staff to be more polite, attentive, and responsive to customers. Despite being a loyal customer at the Southchutch branch for the past decade, this experience fell short of the excellent service I've come to expect.

This is such a great shop, can get everything I need on a toiletries and personal effects & medicines level. I'm yet to encounter anything wrong here at all. Really lovely staff, Cathy is a fab customer service assistant. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Saturday 04/06/2022 closed 15 minutes early so I was unable to collect my medication. Staff were still inside the building but refused to answer the phone.

Never have I been to such a Miserably Inhuman and Uncaring Chemist to collect a Prescription when feeling Deeply Unwell in my Life.Could they have been any Less Helpful? ...NO.Could they have shown Any Less Concern for me Collapsing in the Store from my illness?...NOCould they have Totally Ignored me Struggling anymore than they Did? ...NOOn March 17 i started to come down with a Virus. (it never tested positive for Covid) But it was Severe and painful,Exhausting and later travelled to my Lungs causing me difficulties Breathing ,Dizziness,Sweats,Fever,Chills,pains,Aches all over for 3 Weeks I suffered this .Finally getting enough strength to get to the GP .Needing to collect the Prescription before I passed out I was sadly faced with this Torture Chamber of Miserable Unhelpful and Cold Faces . Everyone of them clearly a Tory Voting Inhuman akin to Priti Patel at her finest.I Cant Tell You to AVOID this Cage of Poison Vipers any more strongly than I am Right Now.No help for when i Collapsed, Not even a lifted eyebrow. They treated me as if I were SCUM at their feet Drunk and on Drugs ,neither of which were true,I Was Seriously ill.and as Dispensing Chemists They couldnt have given Less Concern if they were in Comas. 100% AVOID at all cost. Use the perfectly helpful and Friendly Johnsons Chemist further up the road .

?Boots - Refuses to accept private scripts - told me they were happy to when I went in, and to come back when they had stock in 2 days later (for nothing exotic!). So I wasted 38 hours waiting only to have them tell me they ?couldn?t help??!

Products are well displayed and easy to locate within the shop. Service is generally ok but are very slow so often creates long queues and customers to get impatient/annoyed.
