Collecting a hospital prescription, the system worked very well and the staff were lovely. Easy access with button opening door for me a wheelchair user. Parking in adjacent car although it can get busy, all good this time.

I bought milk for my baby from here. I bought a different one by mistake. When I went to exchange it, they said we can't exchange it and throw it away. Can you explain to me how people throw their money away? We never opened it. We just went to exchange it. The customer service is very bad and they are not helpful at all.... read full comment

Supplied the wrong type of medication, went back to get it correct tried to lie to me about the type of medication I need not being available when I have had them at the hospital not 24 hours before. Then refused to refund even though medication had not been touched. Tried to talk over me. Disgusted with the service and... read full comment
