Have brought Mother?s Day flowers for quite a few years from Blooms, always been lovely and a fab selection. Sadly leaving a bad review this year, not sure if there has been a change in management or something but the selection I received for £40 is TINY. Might as well have brought a bouquet from Asda, would have been better value. Very sad as I love supporting a local business but will not be going back or recommending again!

I called this florist yesterday for funeral flowers for my sister who passed away on the 27th of December, she passed away from an aggressive form a cancer.The woman I spoke to could quite clearly tell I was upset, I asked if she had availability to make Sister, Daughter and Mummy (my sister had a two year old son whom she sadly left behind).She said she wasn?t able to accommodate as she didn?t have stock in which was fine and I understood, however her tone of voice and what she said was unacceptable. She didn?t even offer her condolences. Instead she said in the most sarcastic voice , ? well you left it a little bit too late haven?t you.? I couldn?t believe what I was hearing, my sister had passed and instead of some sort of empathy I?m being told I?ve left it too late? I replied ?she died two days ago so I haven?t left it late? and ended the call.Please get some training in how to deal with things like this, I had a cry after the phone call because I couldn?t believe I was being told that.If you?re looking for somewhere empathetic at a time of loss when ordering funeral flowers, this place isn?t the one.

My partner arranged for flowers to be delivered to my mother. I called on my mother a few days later and was thoroughly impressed with the beautiful arrangement that had been delivered by Blooms. Thank you.

Mother's Day 'large vintage' bouquet smaller than what was displayed on Blooms own website. Was told that this is because wholesale avalanche roses have risen from £1.50 to £3.50 (although I can find wholesale 60cm stems for £1.60-ish direct from nurseries). eFlorist pictures should be brought up to date to avoid disappointment.1st pic is what was advertised. 2nd and 3rd pics are what mum received...albeit she has removed the box and wrap etc and placed into her own vase.

First purchase and will be last! Placed an order for £50 worth of roses and lilies. Received 3 roses of which one was dead. Rest of feature flowers also poor!

We cannot thank Blooms enough for our beautiful flowers for our grandsons funeral. Also recently at very short notice, put together 2 arrangements for funeral when We lost a family member during the Covid virus. Thank you so much to Tina and her team. Xx
