Nice big and airy lots of room to roam comfortably however, do not go into the ladies absolutely awful?.
I waited till a member of staff was going into their space and asked if I could use the staff loo - no she said. I explained how awful it was in there - no loo roll no hand towel nothing but pee on the floor and the toilet etc.
I had just come from Chatham B&Q. So some distance.
Did not have the flooring I wanted in Chatham ?.
The staff member told me no cleaner comes on the Sunday or Saturday can?t remember however, surly the toilets public toilets should be cleaned regularly also gent came out and warned me!

I asked one person if they do Valspar sample pots and was told no. Asked at the paint counter and they do. You need to update your staff!

Usually all staff are amazing here but today was served by Maralyn.i was collecting 11 packs of laminate flooring and she was so rude to me.she then bought the wood over and went "ere ya" i asked of some1 could help me load my car(I'm an 8stone woman and was with my 77 Yr old mum .Marilyn eye rolled me and said there's no1 on shop floor ..another lady helped me and called for some1 to help..Marilyn was by far one of the rudest member of staff I have ever encountered but the rest are amazing

Tried to get a refund on something I purchased in another store, not possible and unhelpful in service. Store was massive but had limited stock.
