Took my car for a service today as Ford wanted to charge extortionate amounts! have taken previous cars here before aswell. I've never had any issues with the service here, always able to fit my cars in whatever the issues are, reasonably priced, friendly and knowledgeable staff and feels like nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend, def worth travelling from Rayleigh to here to get my car sorted.. it's due its first MOT in June, won't be taking it anywhere else ??

I have booked my car for Aircon refill on 10 am following day in hope that they do it within a hour while waiting.After I handed over my car keys to receptionist the following day at 10am been told to leave that she call me when job is done.3 hours later she call me bad news - It's impossible to refill aircon gas due a leaking condenser - Still had to pay regas full price of £78.Avoid total ripoff.Garages around do same service for free !!!

Had an oil leak and was sorted within a day so greatful to this company for their help as I have a child with special needs and epilepsy so I needed the car back asap will be using in future!

Went for an MOT after Auto Medics was recommended to me. Great suggestion, really friendly and professional. A big shout out to the young lady at reception who was a credit to the garage. Will be going back when my service is due.
