Shelfs are always empty a absolute disgrace, especially as the price of living has gone through the roof,should be ashamed of there self's.thats the main store not the pharmacy.

This pharmacy is rapidly declining so if Asda won?t employ full time pharmacists I think we have no choice but to use the Shoebury pharmacy group in future. They can deliver too which is far better than queueing at Asda only to be told they don?t have your medication in stock or it isn?t done yet - even two days after the GP has sent it over.
Yesterday they didn?t have my meds and was told to go back today, on going back it was closed because they didn?t have a pharmacist. Totally unacceptable as I have lung and brain cancer and cannot keep going on a fools errand. It needs closing asap instead of leading customers into a false sense of security.

Poor customer service. Will be putting in a formal complaint about this. Truly shocking. Inaccurate opening hours and despite someone being there at the till in the pharmacy, they cant serve me, claiming they are closed (2:40pm on a Saturday).

Moved to this Pharmacy with 3 other family members after an awful service from a Pharmacy in Great Wakering (v poor Pharmacist), service from Asda has been excellent so far.

Multiple times I've been to this pharmacy and they have such a poor availability of stock. Tried 3 times to get cocodemal for period pain and they never have it in stock, only the ones with caffeine or soluble. Once is a mistake, three times is poor management.Never have their own brand pharmacy products in stock, only the expensive named brands.
