“Nicola was really helpful and thanks to her being so friendly and professional I would definitely recommend shopping at Argos South Woodham Ferrers. She spent time trying to sort out my queries and dealt with them very well meaning that I left as a very satisfied customer. I did go on to the Argos customer satisfaction survey to say how wonderful she was but after 20 minutes of filling out the forms, it disappeared, might be user error somehow but it was very frustrating, not so customer friendly!
