I purchased 20 rolls of turf at the end of October 23, I laid the turf on the same day that I collected them, on fresh topsoil.A few days later, because I needed some more to finish the job, I bought three more rolls.When I collected the three turfs I notice they were from a different batch because the soil was a different colour to the previous turf.About three weeks later I noticed that the first batch of turf was dying off, while the three turfs that I bought later were doing well (see pics).I reported this to the depot and was immediately told that I hadn'twatered it, despite that it hadn't stopped raining since I'd laid it, and also the three separate turfs were doing well. But this was ignored and was then told that I must've laid it on the wrong topsoil, again I pointed out about the three turfs and again this was ignored.I was told they would not replace the faulty turf and that it must be something that I had done.I am now out of pocket and will have to buy more turf elsewhere.If you buy turf from this company, and like me you are unfortunate enough to be sold a bad product, don't bother complaining because they'll say "it's your fault you've done something wrong".

Purchased turf from these guys based at the Brentwood Garden Centre. Recommendation from my sister who used them last year. Reasonable priced and delivered for me. I dealt with Tom who was very helpful. Would definitely use again and happy to recommend.

My wife and I are not gardening people and after recently moving into a new house the lawn was a mess. We found this local company to be very good. The manager Tom was excellent and the installation was very efficient. I would use this firm again for any future garden projects and have recommended them to my brother.
