I was standing in the queue and suddenly A member of staff just to jump it in front of me without even saying sorry or something. She said to the guy at the tea ? she wanted to 69p refund because she bought something from the store after she left when I ask the guy from the Teal what was wrong with her she even didn?t say Sorry or excuse me nothing he was saying to me she might have the bad day. I was with my baby five months and she didn?t even care. Very very rude guys. Please try to appreciate your clients.

Very Disappointed to see my Local Lidl has now gone down the self service road ..

Today is my last day as Lidl customer. The reason is that while I keep receiving multiple promotional emails and I have selected the store as my local in 21st century no one bothers using the technologies to keep the local customers informed of any changes in the normal working hours. Today I was unable to buy bread and milk because the store was closed at 19:00. I deleted the Lidl application from my phone in front of one of the staff members who kept laughing while I was doing it. This proofed that my decision is right. LIDL you have just lost a CUSTOMER.

Do not like this lidl very much at all, there is no self service and the packaging of produce is all over the place constant boxes falling from shelves every time go to pick nothings from the fruit and veg section, everything very dishevelled
