I will never come to this co-op again never have I had such a horrible experience. The staff are rude and some even racist. One particular worker is racist and needs to be fired immediately she tried to imply that I was stealing and racially profiled me. She was watching my every move and making me feel so uncomfortable I didn?t want to cause a scene and didn?t fully process what had occurred because I had places to be. But overall it was not a pleasant experience I couldn?t even take note of her name, but please do not shop there, we shouldn?t support racist enterprises or people.

Son popped in today with wife, no baskets, when asked cashier he was informed they keep getting stolen so no longer for use.Wife and son went to Aveley food an wine.This coop has always been poor but is getting worse!

I recently visited the Coop store and had a disappointing experience. The staff, particularly two ladies, seemed disinterested, pretending to be busy and not serving customers. Improving customer service is essential for enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Incompetent staff cannot read an uber order correctly, ancient relics who should have retired long ago, rude attitudes towards customers. Shop could do with a deep clean and moth balling too.

STAFF ARE SOMETIMES NICE BUT IF THEIR BUSY OR HAVING A BAD DAY THEY CAN BE VERY RUDE LIKE TODAY I WENT IN FOR THE 5POUND FROZEN MEAL DEAL WHICH FINISHED TONIGHT AND THEIR WASNT ONION RINGS SO I ASKED THEY SAID "SUPPOSE ULL HAVE TO TAKE SOME THING ELSE THEN .WHEN I GOT TO TILL THEY MAN IN FROUNT GOT IT FINE BUT THEN THEY SAID OVER £6SO I SAID ITS THE FROZEN MEAL DEAL WHICH IS £5FOR MEMBERS SHE SAID NO SO I SAID THE MAN IN FROUNT OF ME HAD IT FINE THEN SHE SAID(oh okay £5

Co op is a nice place to buy groceries, as well a s snacks but I have experienced racism here. My cousins and I were accused of having fake money and followed around the store by a customer claiming to be a ?worker off shift?. She then called an actual worker who also showed extreme rudeness to us.When leaving the store a racial slur was muttered. I have still shopped there ever since as its very practical for your needs.Racism aside, CO OP is a great place to shop! You?ll always find what you?re looking for.Self checkout is provided as well. Parking is.. not so good but dont let that put you off.
