Amazing quick service, needed engraving on an item. The inscription wording has come out perfect, deep, and pronounced. The name is not so deeply engraved. It's still readable and a thoroughly loved item. They replaced watch batteries too, mega impressed with the service. Saved me several trips managed to do all that I needed in one shop. For Benfleet, this is a bonus!.

Always excellent, ever-friendly. Make sure you go here and support local.Went in today to get a pet tag engraved. Came out looking great and at a good price. BC has previously renewed a pair of motorcycle boots that I had with a bad zip and they're like new, not to mention saving me hundreds. I always pop in there when I've worn out the laces for a new set as well.Recommended through and through.

A real shame, my family and i have always visited his fathers shop on Canvey and as the son has a shop closer to me i thought i?d support someone young and local. Took 3 pairs of shoes and one pair of Dubarry boots in for being re-soled. Over £200 later the shoes have been returned resoled with glue, no nails in sight and no polishing (not that its entirely expected but i seem to remember it being part of the father?s service. After 2 wears the sole on the Dubarry boots has started to peel off. I was informed that they are an awkward design but you dont expect a £65 repair by a professional cobbler to come apart in 2 uses!Took them back today to be told the boot?s soles are perishing and a whole new sole unit probably would have been a better repair, which would be yet another £65. No attempt to repair or even have another look at them without trying to charge more even though the last £65 repair yielded nothing, this is disappointing seeing as he explained a better repair option should have been performed the first time. I?m not a cobbler, how was i suppose to know this? Surely as the professional the better option should have been taken at first or the error corrected once realised.Its a real shame but we wont be using this shop again.

Always excellent service - had keys made rapidly and white trainers cleaned to look brand new again. Always friendly and gives great advice. Wouldn?t go anywhere else!
