Just can?t get anything right..! Tonight
I ordered 2x Mighty Buckets of one and a Zinger burger without lettuce and of course there was lettuce in the burger but I should have checked the rest of the order?! My big mistake!!!! With the buckets I got 6x Regular chicken ( should be 4) only got 2x Mini Fillets (should be 4) and only 2 hot wings (should be 4) if you visit this store you must double check your order before you leave the store, pull your order apart and if wrong, embarrass the staff as loud as possible?! Sick of this shop

I ordered through the app they managed to mess up the order even on the receipt stated otherwise the restaurant was clean and tidy and staff were polite but they need to ensure they follow what the customer has ordered

Very poor chicken wings. The food were just warm when delivered. The wings were all dried and not-fresh. One of the worst KFC experience I ever had. Delivery took 75 mins to arrive from time of ordering.

Went there yesterday afternoon bought 3 snackboxes got home no chicken in any boxes just popcorn and fillet,check your food before you leave,incompetent staff will not use again??

Was totally ignored, while in front of queue, staff seemed to ge interested in payment to screens to place an order!
walked out after 10mins of being blanked.
Very rude staff, will never go back here.
Worse KFC in Essex.

Went here last night. No one at the tills so use the electronic ordering machine.
Card reader faulty so you have to take receipt to tills to pay anyway. Fair enough, technology breaks down every now and then.
15 minutes of staff totally ignoring me despite coming to the counter multiple times. Not even eye contact or a " be with you shortly" to acknowledge my existence!
Just left in the end and went to Progress Road instead. No technical issues and served food within a couple of minutes.
Won't bother trying tarpots branch again. Customer service is an unknown to those staff. Last time I went here they completely screwed my order up but I thought try again.

Every time I come to this KFC, I?m greeted to employees being incredible loud and lazy. Today I go in to eat inside, 7 employees I see and a total of 7 tables dirty with nobody cleaning them (was not busy standing around) I always go in and hear the staff they so loud and annoying. Today I?m greeted to a lovely conversation about a ?fat customer who came in earlier that day with domino?s? and another employee talking about how we might as-well be shut we make £200 only from 9pm. It?s not meant to be a prestige place but my god the employees here are so young and loud and just lazy. Whoever the manager is needs to fix up and look at this. Been an issue for months now. Good also was cold as all precooked as usual.

I ordered of just eat my order got cancelled I ordered again 5 mins later ,ordered again and food came 25 mins later opened it to enjoy and firstly it was cold the only thing that was warm was the beans also found hairs and couldn?t be me becasue im bald
