Benfleet dominos use to be best around shame there are new staff there, you wait for ages when you go in now to be served partly because staff aren't by the window and don't answer when you call out in person.
Today for example I went in no one in sight. Waited. Waited. Called out, no answer, I googled the phone number and called the store.
Food not as good as it use to be with previous staff.
I understand when staff are new but been there a while now and still disappointed

Further details - we booked a timeslot for 4.30pm to have pizza delivered. You was 1hour late, didn't care, lied about the status of the food when we called up multiple times, when it did arrive 1 hour late. The food was cold. The delivery driver said he would get the manager to call me, but no-one called

I placed an order on dominos over 2 hours ago and still haven?t received it, it says it?s been delivered which it hasn?t, iv called dominos benfleet over 10 times and still no answer it?s now been delivered 2 hours later freezing cold with missing items and no one is answering or has contacted me

How this branch of domino?s is even allowed to stay open is beyond me. We have ordered from here a handful of times over the past few years and every time the pizza is so undercooked it?s barely edible. The cheese is hardly melted and kind of just flops off the pizza. Last night we ordered a couple of boxes of cookies from here, as we figured it would be difficult for them to mess those up. Lo and behold, they were absolutely cremated. Burnt to a crisp. This is hands down the worst dominos branch in the country. If you?re unfortunate enough to live in the benfleet branch?s delivery radius, I would highly recommend ordering from hadleigh and collecting from the store. Outrageously bad branch, Benfleet. Given 3* on service as the delivery driver was friendly.

Can't say I am overly impressed of the quality of dominos anymore. I ordered via the app and we was given a 20 minute waiting time for delivery (which is normally the usual). It was an hour wait for our pizza. The timings need to be more accurate. When the pizza arrived it was quite bland and not cooked fully - quite doughy. They offered for me to have a free pizza next time I order but I highly doubt I will be ordering from here again.
