We went on the off chance we could find the right bike for my daughter. Needless we found that she loves and it is now adorned with her blue tassles that she also chose at the shop. The staff were amazing, so helpful. They ensured that the bike was set up safely and correctly. So glad we picked cycle king Benfleet, it will be my forever go to for and bicycle needs for my daughter.

Recently bought 2 bikes from here for my boys. Great service and staff are very helpful and knowledgable. When my son fell over and busted the break, they fixed it free of charge as a gesture of good will which was very kind. Would highly recommend.
