Counter staff are very rude and ask questions beyond their scope. Started using an online pharmacy as this place has gotten my repeat medication wrong several times and tried to palm me off with alternatives.The ability to get an appointment with a pharmacist is good. However, when medication was prescribed they failed to mention they didn't have the required items in stock and left me with just one of the items I needed. Only realised once I got home and had to go back to be told they didn't have it in stock. Poor communication all around.Had to go to a 24-hour pharmacy who were very helpful and got me the correct items. Think they've upscaled beyond their means and customers suffer as a result.

Had a great visit to the Pharamacy today, appointment was booked through an App. I was 10 mins early and i was seen straight away.Spoke about currebt issues and also took some other information down. Staff were very helpful and i walked away with my prescription in the same appointment.Building was nice and clean and staff were very nice ?

Dropped into the Chemist, I waited 10 minutes and was then seen by a lovely pharmacist.She prescribed antibiotics for my ear infection & offered a long term plan to help prevent it in the future.She couldn?t have been more helpful! No GP has ever showed this much care or offered a long term solution to my ear pain so I am very grateful to Cross Chemist & would highly recommend!

The pharmacy man in this chemist is better than a doctor !Been suffering for months with bad eczema with different creams and so I thought I?d ask at the chemist for adviseHe knew exactly what cream to prescribe and the eczema cleared up within a week!Don?t know his name as i?d love to thank him personally !

Great service and lovely staff. Needed antibiotics and no appmts. at docs. Had appmt. Within the hour with a great pharmacist. Got the antibiotics but Did have to pay for them. They weren't expensive.

I was referred to Cross Chemist by my doctors, which was fine with me. I was told I didn?t need an appt, this is false. You do need to book an appt to see the Chemist (sorry can?t remember his name), I turned up, booked my appt for two hours time, I was in and out in 20 mins and extremely happy with the service I received. Hate to be cliché, but I really felt that the Chemist cared about the AWFUL allergic reaction on my FACE! ? all round seamless experience. And the ladies at the counter are of a happier sort now days which helps.

Excellent service,always very helpful,to the point that the pharmacist even calls to check that our new medication is suitable.Edit:Received my flu vac today,usual excellent service,helpful staff.

Went for covid booster, very disorganised pharmacist was doing prescriptions then fitting people in for covid booster. Poor communication, long wait will not be going there for next booster
